When you book a tour or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the hotel or address where we collect you, the number of travellers, and any dietary or health information you choose to share so we can run the tour safely. Payment details are processed securely by our booking partner, WeTravel; we do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, to build the pickup route and send you your pickup time, to contact you about changes, and to answer your questions. Health or mobility information you share is used only to operate the tour safely at altitude. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing With Guides and Partners

Your name, pickup address and any relevant notes are shared with the guide and driver on your departure, and, where a departure is operated with an authorised partner operator, with that operator. Nothing further is shared.

4. WhatsApp and Communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices in addition to ours. We use those messages solely to assist with your booking and travel questions.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by WeTravel, a third-party booking platform. Please refer to WeTravel’s own privacy and security policies for how they handle payment information.

6. Cookies and Website Analytics

This website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our pages, so that we can improve the content and the booking experience. This does not include selling personal data to advertisers.

We retain booking-related information for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, legal and customer service purposes.
