The full breakdown for every plan — what you get for the price, what you pay on the day and what is simply not part of the tour.
Every plan is built the same way: we collect you in downtown Cusco, drive you to Cusipata and up to the mountain, feed you twice, and put a certified guide with the group for the whole day. On the hiking plans you also get trekking poles; on the ATV plan you get the quad. Every vehicle carries an oxygen tank and a first aid kit. The one thing that sits outside the price on every plan is the entrance ticket, because it belongs to the community and not to us.

💡 Note: the 08:30 ATV departure is the only one without breakfast and without hotel pickup: it meets at the fountain in Plaza de Regocijo.
Breakfast in Chirihuani at around 06:30 and a buffet lunch from about 14:00, both in Cusipata.
For the entrance, the Red Valley fee and a horse if you need one. There is no card payment on the mountain.
Hiking plans include trekking poles for everyone; the ATV plan includes the quad, single or double.
The buffet always includes vegetarian dishes, and we can flag vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free requirements to the restaurant if you tell us when you book. Do not rely on telling the guide on the morning itself — the kitchen is three hours away from Cusco and prepares in advance.
Our guides are certified and work in English and Spanish. On shared departures the explanations are given in both languages. If your group needs another language, a private tour is the way to arrange it.
A maximum of 18 travellers per departure, with the guide travelling on board the vehicle for the whole route rather than meeting you at the trailhead.
