💡 Note: dietary requirements go in the booking notes, not in a message on the morning: the restaurant is three hours from Cusco and prepares in advance.
At least 48 hours ahead as a rule, and considerably earlier between June and August, around Inti Raymi in late June and during the national holidays at the end of July. Those weeks fill first, and the mountain does not add departures to keep up.
Up to seven travellers, just enter the number in the form. For eight or more, message us on WhatsApp first — we can usually confirm the whole group on one vehicle, and for larger families a private tour sometimes works out better.
Dates can sometimes be moved depending on availability. The current terms are on our cancellation policy page, and if your plans are uncertain it is worth asking us on WhatsApp before you book rather than after.
